WHY DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION

We have listed our purposes for collecting

your information. This table has more detail: |
|
Purpose |
Legal
basis |
To make our games available to
you, and allow you to enjoy all of the features within our games |
We can use your information for this
purpose because we have good reasons to do so. Before we use your information
for this purpose, we have weighed your own interests against these reasons,
and have decided that it is reasonable for us to use your information for
this purpose (as long we follow certain rules). This legal basis is called “legitimate
interests”. |
To fix issues relating to our games |
|
To respond to messages which you send us
relating to our games |
|
To understand how you play our games |
|
To choose advertisements that are probably
more relevant to you and show you these when you play our games |
Sometimes we can use your information for
this purpose because we have your (or your parent’s/ guardian’s) consent
before doing so. At other times, we can use your information for this purpose
because it is within our “legitimate interests”. |
You can find more information on our
specific “interests” in using your information, when we use your information
for the purposes of our legitimate interests, in our main privacy notice,
which you can read here. |
5.
What
are our age restrictions? |

allowed to play our games. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must
get your parent’s or guardian’s permission to play our games. |
6.
Will
we speak with your parents/Guardians? |
Your parent or guardian can contact us if
you are playing our games without their permission. If so, we will speak to
them about any accounts which you use to play our games, and we will likely
delete your accounts and all connected information. |

||
Your parents |
Our employees |
Other companies and organisations |
For example, if they have any questions about
our games, or they ask us if you are playing the games without their
permission. |
For example, to help us make the games
available to you and ensure that they are working well. |
For example, if: 1. We are bought by that company,
or where we buy another company 2. We have to do this to comply
with law or to protect the rights or safety of us or our users 3. They are helping us to provide
our games and website to you |
8.
WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE OVER
YOUR PERSONAL DATA? |
||
You have lots of rights over your
information, which can be used in certain circumstances. More detailed
information on these rights is set out in our main privacy notice, but the
main rights allow you to ask this: |
||
“Give me a copy of my information” |
“Correct my information” |
“Stop using my information” |
Example: you can ask us to provide you with a copy
of all information which we hold about you, in relation to a specific game |
Example: you can ask that we update contact
information we hold about you if that information is out-of-date or incorrect |
Example: if you don’t want to play our games
anymore, you can ask us to delete all of the information which we have about
you |
If you want to do any of these things,
please email us here: info@matchingham.gs. If you are not happy about our use of your
personal data, you can contact a “data protection regulator” – which is an
organisation that helps protect your personal information and privacy, and
makes companies and organisations use everyone’s personal information safely,
properly and responsibly. The UK’s data protection regulator is the
Information Commissioner’s Office, and you can contact them here: Contact us | ICO. |
9. How
long will we hold on to your personal data and where do we keep it? |
We will generally only hold on to your
personal data for as long as we need it for each of our “purposes”. After
that, we will delete it. |
